Some of entrepreneurs believe, that Feng Shui practice should be taken into account and applied for a successful business and a good work environment. Let's take a closer look at this practice and its recommended applying to commercial property.

Feng Shui is a Chinese philosophical teaching about living in suit with the world and the balanced exchange of energies between nature and man. According to this doctrine, harmony in and around a room and objects therein have a huge impact on the people who are such room. In the light of the above, you should pay attention to the surroundings of the building before the office rental. They should be clean and tidy and, more to the point, you should like the commercial real estate leased. Rubbish bins, power lines, old destroyed or dilapidated buildings, cemeteries, morgues, funeral homes, or prisons are considered an unfavorable factor and may negatively impact on the health and working ability of employees and on the business activity in general. It is also considered unfavorable to rent an office in a building located at a T- and V-shaped intersection, however, it is recommended that the roads near the building in which you want to take a ready office for rent parallel to or bend around the building. Even if you intend to take a luxury real estate rental, it is recommended to study the "goodwill" of the building and the history of its origin. If the business of the previous tenants went west or failed, it is better to forget about this rent.

It is also recommended to pay attention to the office location in the building. You should not take for rent office located opposite an elevator, stairs, and escalators or at the end of a corridor. It is believed that such an arrangement distracts from positive energy. In this case, it is better to rent an office with a separate entrance.

Office Interior Decor

The office decor should include colors comfortable for work and you should combine light and dark tones. For example, if the walls and ceiling are light, the furniture should be dark and vice versa. It is extremely welcome a recreation room or a snuggery in the office, which should be light without bright details and elements. It is also recommended to place large plants in places where ceiling beams are located or hang a bamboo flute there. It is believed that they will neutralize the negative energy that such beams pass in the form of "secret arrows".

The workplace should not be located opposite the door and the window. Ideally, the table should be in the place from which you can see the door and inspect the entire room without a free space at the back.

- Chinese coins

- bells and crystals, and

- tending upward objects or their image.
